Open console and type: Cheat ghost, press start, directional pad right to highlight admin command, and then press A on your controller.

Be warned, DO NOT DISMOUNTyour tame while in still using "Cheat ghost" as that will cause you to fall through the terrain.

This will allow you to clip through any buildings or terrain it is currently stuck on! You can now safely move your tame to unobstructed ground.

To retrieve your stuck tame that is stuck in terrain, but is still ride accessible:.

After locating your tame that has been stuck in under the map, ghost towards it until you are hovering above it.

However, once you come in contact with water, you will be boosted to the surface of the world and continually fall through. This will allow you to "no-clip" through terrain and walls.This will allow you to land on the tame and from there you can ride (E) it to the top by holding jump (Space bar).You can stop this by opening console and typing: cheat walk.
